DNG Gillespie Lowe have a dedicated team, who are employed solely to overlook the management of your property throughout the year, and who also ensure that the letting goes as smoothly as possible. In the event that issues or disputes may arise, we are fully equipped to deal with all scenarios deftly and efficiently, especially those with which a new landlord may feel out of their depth. During the letting process, you will be allocated your own letting agent, who will actively work with your property to the best of his/her ability, to ensure that it is exposed to the market as much as possible. Your property will be advertised on a number of sites, such as Daft.ie, myhome.ie and rent.ie, as well as our own website, www.gillespielowe.ie It will also be advertised on our Twitter pages. Further advertisement can be discussed with your agent at the time of the letting.
Once a potential tenant is found, we will request a landlord reference, work reference, utility bill, photo ID and PPS number. When we are happy with the tenant, we will run him/her by you. Then, if you are happy to proceed, we will organise a lease agreement, set up a direct debit, register you with the PRTB, and change over the utilities, such as the ESB and Gas.
From here, if you decide that you do not want to have any dealings with your property or tenant throughout the year, you can avail of three management services. Please see the management service pages for further details.
Once you decide which level you want to avail of, your file will be allocated to your dedicated property manager, who is available at all times between the hours of 9 – 5.30pm Monday – Friday. If you wish to upgrade your service at any stage, this can be arranged.
