Management Level 1
After your property has been let, if you decide that Management Service Level 1 is for you, the following will be done on your behalf (in addition to all of the services included in the letting):
- Collect and forward the rent on a monthly basis, to your nominated account, via EMTS transfer, less our fees
- Issue monthly statements of account
- Keep in touch with you on all matters at all times
- Arrange the re-let of the property, if necessary
(With Management Level 1, the tenant will have your contact details for maintenance issues, or for any queries in general).
